This collaborative effort of our three Communities of Practice is positioned to benefit practitioners and scholars alike\, creating a space to share new knowledge frequently left on the shelf. \nJoin Dr. Jennifer D. Smith for a presentation that explores the lived experiences of recent Black graduates from a Midwest podiatric medical education program. Drawing from a qualitative study\, this research reveals how these graduates navigated the environment and succeeded; highlighting key findings that underscore the crucial role of both personal resilience and support systems in their success.
