The document outlines the many ways higher education and student affairs employment practices are not meeting the needs of the humans who devote their time and energy to students and campuses every day. As mid-level practitioners\, it can sometimes be difficult to recognize the changes that need to be made in our systems yet not have the power or influence to make widespread change. Join a panel of professionals who served on the Presidential Task Force to learn more about how this report and its findings can assist mid-level professionals make changes within their sphere of influence to improve the well-being of their staff.
