Getting Started with Requesting Accommodations or Access to ACPA Member Resources and Services

To receive disability accommodations for accessing your full member benefits, members must first complete the ACPA General Access Form at least one week in advance of needing the requested support. This form allows members to submit a request for assistance in accessing resources and services associated with their ACPA membership, except for in-person or virtual events which have a separate registration process.

For in-person or virtual events, please use the event registration form or email [email protected]for assistance. For submissions through the ACPA General Access Form, members can expect an ACPA team member to respond to your request within two business days. Questions about the Form, or access to ACPA member benefits, programs, and services, may be directed to Dr. Tricia Fechter Gates, Deputy Executive Director, at [email protected].

This form was developed in response to recommendations from the ACPA Universal Design Task Force, which convened from 2020-2021.
