No Surprises: The Meeting Before the Meeting
presented by Mid-Level Community of Practice (mlcop)
THURSDAY, 30 JULY 2026 | 1:00-2:00pm ET
Great ideas don’t move organizations forward—people do. Mid-level leaders often have responsibility without direct authority, making influence one of their most valuable leadership skills. This interactive session explores how to ethically build relationships, gain buy-in, and navigate organizational decision-making. Participants will leave with practical tools, stakeholder mapping strategies, and an action plan they can immediately apply within their own institutions. This webinar is presented by the Mid-Level Community of Practice (MLCOP).
