How does an equity-minded supervisor supervise when attacks on higher education are causing uncertainty, values misalignment, disillusionment, burnout, and crisis as the norm? The presenter draws from literature on identity-conscious and inclusive supervision and reframes emerging issues to consider promising practices for supervision that cultivate greater resilience to uncertainty, tactics for radical candor, courage in modeling change, communication transparency as the new norm, and coaching as the new “old” essential skill.

ACPA2Go registration purchases are final. Registrations can be paid by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All fees must be prepaid. Purchase orders are not accepted. ACPA reserves the right to charge a service fee of US$50 for returned checks. Registrations are non-transferable. The webinar may be canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the fees will be fully refunded.
