In this interactive session, the presenter will share an evidence-based blueprint to design, implement, and assess early arrival programs tailored to the strengths and needs of first-generation college students. Participants will identify and frame six program goals through an appreciative/asset-based approach. They will explore five areas of program curriculum and connect each to practical structures that operationalize these goals. Participants will examine a pre- and post-engagement survey framework to assess program outcomes, including 14 key measures and corresponding success criteria.

ACPA reserves the right to charge a service fee of US$50 for returned checks. Registrations are non-transferable. The webinar may be canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the fees will be fully refunded.
