Lunch & learn webinar: Working in Difficult Times

As part of MNCPA’s Lunch & Learn Webinar Series, this conversation will focus on a timely and important question: How do we continue doing our work—meaningfully, ethically, and sustainably—during difficult times? Together, we will explore:

  • Strategies for sustaining ourselves while supporting others
  • Leading with clarity and care amid institutional and societal pressures
  • Re-centering purpose, values, and community in our professional practice
  • Practical approaches for maintaining momentum and avoiding burnout

This webinar is presented by the Minnesota Chapter of ACPA (MNCPA).

ACPA/NASPA Professional Competencies:

Webinar participants will develop their professional competencies in the areas of: Leadership; and Personal and Ethical Foundations. For more information about the ACPA/NASPA Professional Competency Areas for Student Affairs Practitioners, visit our website. Our Associations are in the process of reviewing and codifying an updated list of Professional Competencies anticipated in Fall 2026.
