The ACPA Institute for Aspiring SSAOs: Exploring Underrepresented Identities and Career Paths will explore ways in which our diverse backgrounds (such as gender identity and presentation, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and physical/cognitive qualities) impact our move to and experience within an SSAO role. A faculty team of seasoned and diverse SSAOs from various types of institutions will lead participants in an introspective and intimate journey.
