ACPA has joined over 65 higher education organizations in response to the Department of Education’s February 14, 2025, Dear Colleague Letter regarding their new interpretation of what the SFFA vs. Harvard et al case means for the civil rights responsibilities of institutions of higher education. The letter was submitted to the Department on February 25, 20225.
