Financing the middle: a conversation on navigating personal finances with modest salaries 

presented by the mid-level community of practice (MLCOP)

Through this roundtable discussion, our goal is to create a “share what you’re comfortable with” space where mid‑level professionals can discuss real financial challenges – such as renting for the first time, homeownership, family planning, retirement, HSAs and more – while learning from peers and sharing some financial well-being practices. Participants will learn at least one financial strategy, such as emergency fund building, debt management, and long‑term planning and leave with at least one actionable step they can implement to support their financial wellbeing.

  • $5 for International Non-Members (must currently reside outside the continental United States and Hawaii)
