This webinar will provide participants with the foundational knowledge of theories that support new professionals from underrepresented groups. It will help participants to identify practices and resources to retain new professionals from underrepresented groups. Throughout this interactive session, participants will engage in both intrapersonal and interpersonal reflection.This webinar is presented by ACPA’s Minnesota Chapter (MNCPA).
