Baldwin Wallace is the only private university in Ohio offering a master’s degree program that uniquely integrates Student Affairs and Academic Affairs. Develop the leadership ability to analyze policy; assess students’ needs; create, implement and evaluate programs; and foster environments that enhance learning in all areas of university life.
Graduates of the LHE program have a distinctive set of skills, knowledge and experiences, making them highly employable and promotable in colleges and universities nationwide. The leadership in Higher Education (LHE) program is 38 credit hours, of which 26 are coursework and 12 are internship.
Candidates for the LHE program hail from a variety of backgrounds and are committed to transformative leadership in order to support the development of all college students. This program may be completed full-time or part-time
