(6/15/21). Greetings! I am pleased to announce we are taking applications for a non-tenure-track Assistant Professor of Practice position in College Student Affairs (Rutgers).  The incumbent will focus on administering the experiential components of the CSA program, such as managing field experience opportunities and internships, collaborating with program partners in student affairs, and developing and teaching courses that focus on professional practice. Responsibilities include teaching approximately 18 credits per academic year, graduate student advisement, administrative duties, and service.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong background in working with minoritized populations, as well as a focus on social justice, equity, and inclusion in education. Candidates who have extensive experience in student affairs practice are preferred. Involvement in student affairs professional organizations (i.e., ACPA or NASPA) via membership, conference attendance, and program presentations is ideal. Experience teaching at the post-secondary level is preferred, particularly at the graduate level.
