Outstanding Early Career Professional
This award recognizes a graduate student or new professional (working less than five years in a full-time role) who has made significant contributions to the field of student affairs assessment and evaluation. The recipient may display excellence in innovative assessment practices, outstanding impact on campus programs and policies, mentorship of other early career professionals, or service to national or local associations. Please submit a nomination with a description of the nominee's contribution to the field (under three pages) and/or a resume. Self-nominations are welcome.

Excellence in Equity-Centered Assessment
This award recognizes outstanding equity-centered assessment praxis in higher education. Examples of equity-centered assessment projects include leading an assessment project to improve experiences for students underserved in higher education, revising established assessment practices to better serve minoritized student populations, or using assessment to inform or design equitable campus policies. Nominations will be evaluated for impact on the experiences of minoritized students and use of equity-centered frameworks and theories. Quantitative, qualitative (including arts-based and creative), and mixed method assessments are eligible.
